An AI-powered platform that intelligently matches scripts, treatments and pitches with the requirements of film and TV buyers, helping creators access global opportunities and networks discover relevant talent.
At seed stage, the client needed to turn an initial MVP into a viable two-sided platform connecting creators with film and TV buyers. The platform faced critical gaps in matching accuracy, user experience and intellectual property protection, as well as operational inefficiencies and risks to its business model.
The challenge was to address these issues, build trust on both sides and create a stronger foundation for validating product-market fit.
We prioritised broken flows, clearer feedback and trust in AI matching, then unified the experience through a consistent design system. Three principles guided the redesign, and we worked closely with the client team to align product, brand and investor materials throughout.
Three principles guiding the redesign of AI matching
Every match connects mandate criteria to supporting evidence, so users can understand and verify the result.
Clear indicators distinguish strong matches from borderline ones, helping users know where to look more closely.
Users can challenge or reject a match. AI supports the decision; people remain accountable for it.
We transformed inconsistent, AI-generated screens into a coherent platform designed around the needs of Creators and Buyers. Clearer journeys, explainable matching and a unified visual language gave the product a stronger foundation for enterprise adoption.
The redesign went beyond the interface. We defined the brand’s positioning, personality and visual direction, translating them into a bespoke identity, typography, colour palette and brand guidelines.
The result was a more distinctive, human and consistent experience across the product and its communications.
The redesigned product and investor narrative supported the company's fundraising effort, bringing the proposition closer to the expectations of enterprise stakeholders.
